Alex and the team were brilliant from start to finish. They supplied and installed the sound system for our new bar, and the whole process was seamless. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and clearly cared about getting every detail right. The end result sounds fantastic and has made a huge difference to the space. We recently worked with Neuron AV for our Awards Ceremony, and I can honestly say their service was outstanding from start to finish. The communication in the lead-up to the event was excellent—clear, responsive, and incredibly reassuring, which made the entire planning process feel seamless. On the day itself, the team were an absolute pleasure to work with: professional, polite, highly skilled, and exceptionally well organised. Everything ran flawlessly, and it was clear how much effort, attention to detail, and expertise had gone into making the event a success. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Working across Manchester, the UK and Europe’s live events industry for the past 15 years, you get a good sense of who actually understands how this job works day to day. Neuron are solid people to deal with.
