Children of Zeus Live at Aviva Studios
Setting the Stage for a Landmark Show
Children of Zeus brought their signature blend of soul and hip-hop to Manchester’s newest cultural landmark, Aviva Studios, joined by special guest Ghetts. As one of the first major live shows at the venue, the performance needed to feel effortless for both artists and audience alike.
Neuron was brought in to provide Live Show Production support, ensuring the artists had everything they needed on stage to deliver a flawless performance. Ahead of the event, our team facilitated a two-day rehearsal at South City Studios to fine-tune every detail before show day, ensuring everything ran smoothly from the first note to the last.
Expert Monitor and Stage Management
Mixing Desk and Stage Control
Front-of-house audio, lighting, and video were handled by the in-house systems, whilst Neuron focused on delivering rock-solid control, monitoring and backline.
Our team supplied an Allen & Heath dLive C3500 monitor console, paired with a DM64 stage rack, providing precise control and flexibility for the performers. Monitoring on stage was powered by Martin Audio LE200 wedges, which offered clarity, headroom, and consistency across the entire performance.
Every element was designed to give the artists complete confidence in their sound, a crucial factor for a live show of this scale and energy.

Wireless, Backline, and Mic Packages
Wireless That Worked Hard
To meet the performance requirements, Neuron supplied a comprehensive package of Sennheiser G4 wireless microphones and IEM systems, ensuring clean, uninterrupted audio throughout.
Our microphone selection encompassed every nuance of the band’s sound, drawing from trusted brands such as DPA, Shure, Beyerdynamic, and Audio-Technica. The backline was equally extensive, including complete setups for bass, guitar, keys, and drums, all tailored to meet the artist’s technical rider.
It’s this attention to detail that allows artists to focus purely on their performance, knowing every element of the production is taken care of.

Collaboration and Confidence
Collaboration with Aviva Studios
Delivering a major show at a new venue like Aviva Studios required collaboration, preparation and precision. Neuron worked closely with the venue’s technical team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
The result? A standout evening for both the artists and audience, one that showcased the best of Manchester’s music scene and demonstrated the importance of expert Live Show Production in bringing performances to life.
