Corporate Event Production Services for easyStorage at Silverstone Museum
Setting the Scene at Silverstone Museum
When easyStorage hosted their annual conference and awards show at the Silverstone Museum, they wanted a setup that reflected the professionalism and energy of their fast-growing brand. Neuron was brought in to deliver a complete corporate event production service, including audio, lighting, video and staging, to support both the daytime conference and the evening awards event.
The goal was simple: flawless communication, slick presentation, and a touch of visual impact that tied everything together.
Clear Sound for Confident Communication
Crystal-Clear Voice Reinforcement
In a space designed to celebrate speed and innovation, crystal-clear audio was a must. We deployed a compact Danley system, utilising Danley SM80 loudspeakers paired with TH118XL subwoofers. This combination offered superior speech clarity during the conference while providing depth and warmth for music playback later in the evening.
On stage, Sennheiser wireless headset and handheld microphones ensured every speaker could move freely without sacrificing intelligibility. Monitoring was handled by Martin Audio LE200 wedges, giving presenters precise foldback and total confidence in their delivery.
Everything was mixed through an Allen & Heath SQ5 console with a DX168 stage box and powered by Powersoft amplification, a setup chosen for reliability and versatility.

Visuals That Connected with the Audience
Big-Picture Brand Visuals
For the awards segment, visual impact was key. We supplied a 14,000-lumen Christie projector, integrated with the venue’s in-house screen to deliver vibrant, high-definition imagery throughout the evening. A comfort monitor and presentation clicker provided seamless control for presenters, ensuring smooth transitions between speeches and award announcements.
Our video playback system, built around our high-performance media server and Blackmagic hardware, ensured content ran smoothly and accurately, the kind of polish that keeps attention focused where it belongs.

Lighting That Elevated the Atmosphere
Two Moods, One Lighting Rig
Lighting played a crucial role in setting the mood across both the conference and awards segments. During the day, wireless LED uplighters filled the auditorium with brand-matched colours, while ETC Source Four profiles delivered focused key lighting for presenters. As the event moved into the evening, the lighting shifted to create a more celebratory tone, enhancing the museum’s architecture and giving the awards presentation a premium finish.
All lighting was controlled via a ChamSys MQ70 lighting console, allowing our operator to adapt instantly as the event progressed.

Staging and Presentation
A Polished Presentation Platform
Neuron also supplied Prolyte Litedeck staging, dressed with black casement and carpeted finishes to create a professional presentation platform. The setup was designed to complement the museum’s modern aesthetic while maintaining accessibility for all participants.
Behind the stage, a 6x4m starcloth backdrop added a subtle sparkle, helping frame the awards ceremony and making every photo moment pop.
Trusted Technical Delivery for Corporate Events
