Moovin Festival
Set against the stunning backdrop of Whitebottom Farm, Moovin Festival is no ordinary countryside gathering, and for Neuron, it’s a highlight of the festival calendar. What began as a lighting brief has grown into a full-scale production partnership, with our team delivering end-to-end technical production across all six stages of this vibrant, genre-defying three-day celebration.
This year’s lineup was nothing short of stellar, with Ezra Collective, Folamour, Craig Charles, and Roni Size lighting up the programme. With heavyweight talent like that, the production spec had to be every bit as impressive. To meet the challenge, we rolled out a Digico SD12 96 at FOH and a Quantum 338 on monitors, paired with Shure Axient Digital wireless systems to meet the high standards of this year’s artist riders. Crystal-clear sound and reliability were non-negotiables.
Across the festival, our Danley Sound Labs PA systems delivered powerful, pristine audio. At the heart of the site, ‘The Barn’ main stage was fitted with Danley J7-95s, SH95 front fills, and thunderous TH118XL subs, a compact but mighty setup that delivered serious punch for both live acts and DJs.
On the lighting side, we transformed the stages with a mix of Robe, Chauvet, GLP, Chroma-Q, and Clay Paky fixtures, controlled via Avolites and Chamsys consoles. From immersive stage lighting to full site ambience, we ensured the experience didn’t stop when the sun went down. A fleet of SGM P-6 units lit up the surrounding trees, and a 10W laser added a dash of late-night magic to the farm.
From underground funk to late-night electronica, Moovin punches well above its weight, and we’re proud to support the festival’s growth with scalable, cutting-edge production year after year.
