RTITB Conference and Awards
Jordan, the Road Transport Industry Training Board’s (RTITB) Partnerships & Marketing Manager, approached us to deliver the production for their first safety summit at the Radisson Blu hotel. The event schedule consisted of a daytime conference focused on workplace transport, safety, and training. Following the conference, our production team quickly changed over to deliver their evening awards show, recognising RTITB partners, instructors, and driver CPC consortium members.
The pair of Danley SM80s, complemented by a pair of Danley TH118XLs, were chosen because they produced great vocal clarity for the conference and could also deliver for the awards ceremony, where a DJ was being used. The room was initially lit with Cameo Thunderwash and Chroma-Q ColorForce 72. The stage lighting was augmented for the evening awards with Sunstrips and Chauvet Rogue moving heads to provide more dynamic lighting effects.
For the video, we patched into the venue’s existing projector and screen solution and added a presentation laptop with a MasterCue clicker and a stage comfort monitor. We also delivered the custom RTITB branding for the lectern and stage flats to produce the completed look.
