Chotto Matte brought us in to deliver an audio, video and lighting package for one of the first private corporate evenings at the newly-opened venue for Together. The brief: a slick in-conversation event with Gary Neville, presented on two 86″ screens with a live camera mix.

The brief
Together host one of Chotto Matte's first corporate evenings
Chotto Matte’s Manchester rooftop had only just opened when Together brought it in as a venue for their corporate evening, one of the first private events held there since launch. The room offered the city skyline, a long dining floor and a small stage area for an in-conversation format with Gary Neville.
Together asked us to provide an AV package that integrated with the in-house equipment. We provided an audio control and wireless mics package, along with two large displays carrying live and recorded content, a PTZ camera and ATEM capture chain, plus a branded presentation lectern.
Big thanks as well to Neuron Audio Visual for the seamless AV setup - the sound and visuals elevated the whole experience.

Vision
Two 86" LG screens, switched on a Blackmagic ATEM 4K
Two LG 86″ 4K signage displays sat either side of the stage, carrying both pre-recorded content and live cuts from a BirdDog P200 PTZ camera at the back of the room.
The vision mix lived on a Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Production Studio 4K with an ATEM 1 M/E Advanced Panel for the operator, and a Hyperdeck Studio 4K Pro recorded the night clean for re-use by the Together comms team.
Audio
An SQ5 with six channels of Sennheiser RF
Audio patched into the in-house PA system, we brough in an Allen & Heath SQ5 with a DX168 stage box. Six Sennheiser EW500-935 G3 wireless handheld channels, with active antenna splitting and paddles, covered the on-stage hosts and roving audience mics for the Q&A. A perspex lectern with a Shure MX412 gooseneck handled formal welcomes.

The evening ran as a Together-branded networking and in-conversation event with Gary Neville on stage, presenting the Premier League Hall of Fame induction trophy. The audience was kept close and the room moved easily between presentation and networking through the night.
